Helen Hadley

Holistic Life Coach  & Holistic Living Counsellor

I am passionate about working to bring a holistic approach to adults especially those who are supporting children and families. I bring my personal and professional experience to coaching the LIVE Well course with an aim to increase internal peace and wellbeing. I do this by creating a safe space. A place where you can support yourself while feeling supported and a place to share and connect with your inner world, achieve your personal goals and reengage with others.

I can testify to the natural power of these concepts and rituals you will learn in this course because I have my own story of times when I had absolutely no control over anything; not even the safety of my son. My healing and growth attribute to these Holistic Living teachings.

These concepts are useful and valuable on every level. Be-it a crisis, forensic work, trauma, relationship/family issues, an addiction issue or a workplace issue. And what you will learn is 100% natural and easily accessible and it embraces your whole self, family, community, the world and spirit.

Helen has worked extensively as a counsellor since 2008 With a diploma in Holistic Living Counselling, a diploma in Meditation Teacher Training and a post-graduate qualification in Family Therapy Systems.
