FAQ regarding Holistic Living Coaching

Holistic Living Coaching

How is Holistic Living Coaching different to Mainstream Coaching?
Most coaching is based on 100% talking between client and coach.

Holistic Living Coaching is different. It involves often as little as 50% talking, which allows 50% of the session time to focus on mindful experiences that you learn and take away for your own self coaching practice.

Holistic Living Coaches create a safe, open-heart connection with their clients. This is possible because of the high personal development component in their Holistic Living Coach training that has enabled them to be attuned to their own inner world while relating personally to your experience as a client.

Holistic Living Coaches also aim to equip you with self-coaching strategies and knowledge to guide your own path with increased wisdom and understanding of yourself, those around you and with the ultimate processes of living life.

This approach is so healing for clients and creates a great deal of trust and rapport, which helps positive change to take place much faster.

How do I access Holistic Living Coaching sessions?
Depending on the A’Dor Holistic Living Coach you work with, sessions may be via Skype or phone, however depending on where you live we also have Holistic Living Coaches who we can recommend for in-person consultations.
How many sessions will I need?
Every situation is different. As a general guide, most people find they benefit from committing to 4-6 sessions. Even one or two sessions are fine, and sometimes appropriate, while the long-lasting results will be deeply grounded in commitment to a package of regular sessions.

Your Holistic Living Coach will discuss this with you and tailor the number of sessions to meet your needs.

How much does a session cost, and how long does a session go for?
Typically, Holistic Living Coaching Sessions are 55 minutes long referred to as a 1-hour session.

Costs range depending on specific needs or specialist support required. A’Dor coaching by phone or skype through this website is $30 for an initial half-hour session with single subsequent sessions $55.00 per 1-hour session and &179 for a package of 4 sessions. Holistic Living Coaches who see clients in person charge around $80 – $90 per session. These are wellbeing promoting and communications training sessions and consequently are often tax deductible so do check with your accountant and request this be clarified on an additional invoice if you wish to claim.

Discounts are also available for purchase of 6 sessions or more, paid for in advance. You’re A’Dor Coach can advise.

How often are the regular sessions?
The first session is about you sharing your story, and then together we develop a plan to work on goals and timing.

I find most clients are keen to get on with their growth journey, and follow up session is quite soon after the first, then we settle into a natural rhythm that suits you.

What if I need extra support in between a Holistic Living Coaching Session?
