From the short 7 Living Essentials program to the 12 months LIVE Well course, we nurture your wellbeing journey with a unique toolkit of concepts, resources and personal coaching. Just like we build our physical strength and vitality we can build emotional and mental wellbeing muscles too. Included in the course are; guided audios, mindfulness, breathing and meditation practices, how to use affirmations and create assertions and resources to promote loving relationships in your life. Our Holistic Living Coaches are also available for group programs tailored to the needs of schools, corporate and community organisations.
